Shipping
If oders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as orders received after 1pm on weekdays, will be processed the next working day. Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimats only. We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for shipping fees occurred during the exchange procedure. Exchange will be processed only after the original item was received. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned that we recommend all packages should be returned via a postal traceable way.
Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After receiving your returned parcel, we will refund you via the original payment method used for purchase. Please be noted all returns will subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If the package has any problems in our country's Customs, we will be responsible for it and resend all jerseys to you for free, and you do not need to pay any other charges. But if your package is seized by your country's Customs, you should contact with the Customs over there on how to make your orders release from them. If they will not release the package to you after your trying.We can do the below:
1.We can resend your order only when you pay for the shipping of resending.It will charge you about half of the amount of your order.Please notice.
2.Or you can make a new order that is over 20 jerseys,then we can ship the jerseys that you have not got to you together with your new order
If you don't pay for the shipping or make a new order.then we will not do the resend or do any refund. The insurance you paid is to make sure the goods that will smoothly exit from China not abroad. We really can not control the customs problems in your country and it is not our responsibility. Hope you can understand.
